Returns Policy
Manufacturer Faults:
If a device is faulty when it arrives, it may be defective and covered under our Manufacturer Faults warranty. In this case, you'll need to ship the device back to us so we can either repair or replace it.
Please note that you will be required to pay for the return of the shipment and cost of shipping any products to you unless stated or agreed with us otherwise.
We'll cover devices under $40 for 30 days and devices over $40.00 for 90 days from the purchase date. You'll also need some proof of purchase - either a website invoice, or a store receipt.
Please note that this doesn't apply if you change your mind, or if the device has been damaged by you. In this case, we won't be able to replace or repair the item, and you'll need to pay any shipping fees.
Outside of this period please contact the manufacturer of your device as your manufacturer warranty may still applies and most will replace within 6 months.
